About Us
Katie Bower, MS, NCC, ACMHC
is an associate clinical mental health counselor under the supervision of Kristina Feldman, PhD, who provides individual therapy for Neurodiverse Psychological Services. She works with clients to identify how their diagnosis impacts their ability to socially connect, maintain independence, regulate emotions, manage employment, among other challenges related to executive dysfunction, frustration tolerance, and difficulty living in the gray. Katie believes that being neurodivergent should be an invitation to live one's life on their terms. She is there to help you identify those terms. Katie works with clients 13 years of age and older.

Kristina J. Cottle Feldman, PhD, Owner
is a licensed psychologist who has worked with neurodivergent clients and their families for fifteen years through assessment, intervention, and research programs. She is passionate about working with autistic individuals and their families and focuses on helping clients alleviate difficulties while celebrating and harboring strengths. Kristina works with clients 3 years of age and older.

Emily Parker, PhD
is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with a background in neurodevelopment, autism spectrum disorders, and pediatric neuropsychology. She has worked with neurodiverse clients and their families for 13 years through assessment, intervention, and research programs. Following her post-doctoral fellowship, she served as an Assistant Professor in the Division of General Pediatrics, University of Utah School of Medicine for 5 years. She is passionate about working with autistic and neurodiverse individuals and their families, and focuses on fostering understanding, acceptance, and growth.
